WHAT IS A LICENSE?
A license means that while we retain copyright to our software, fonts and graphics, we assign to you as the purchaser certain limited and specific rights so that you can use the product in typical and appropriate ways within some reasonable parameters.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WITHOUT WALLS TO WHICH YOU ARE BOUND BY OPENING THE PACKAGE. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO AGREE, PROMPTLY RETURN THE UNOPENED PACKAGE IN THE ORIGINAL CARTON FOR A REFUND.

GRANT OF LICENSE
Without Walls grants you a personal nontransferable, nonexclusive right to copy the images (including all copyright and other proprietary notices or legends contained on this disc) on this disc onto your computer hard drive and to use the images and any derivatives or copies of them (collectively, the "Images") on one computer and with one user at a time. The Images may be copied, modified and incorporated in materials for personal or internal company use and in advertising, editorial, institutional and promotional materials for your clients. Any such advertising, editorial, institutional or promotional materials may not be used to promote a product which contains the Images. The Images may not be resold either as a collection or individually. For example, you may use the Images in an advertising campaign for one of your clients, but you may not sell copies of the images themselves. Pornographic use of the Images is prohibited. You may not copy this disc in its entirety. These images may not be incorporated in products for sale without specific permission.

Common Acceptable Uses Include:

• Use for text and titles in a publication.
• Use for illustrations in a publication or media presentation.
• Use for designing logos or business stationery.
• Inclusion as part of an original work of art like a collage.
• Use for personal reference or display by the end user.
• Use in posters or merchandise packaging.
• Use for on-screen titles in broadcast, movie, video or game production.
• Use in designing graphics for publication, online viewing or display in a program interface.

All of these uses are typical of the type of use allowable under this license. If your use seems wildly outside of these parameters, send an email describing your use to info@withoutwalls.com.

Typical Uses Not Allowable Under This License:

• Embedding as a font in a computer or console game or other software.
• Resale or redistribution to secondary users.
• Resale of the image in digital format.
• Use of the image in publishing prints, postcards or calendars.
• Use in the creation of a secondary form of reproduction like rubber stamps, letter stickers or transfer media.

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AVAILABLE

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Without Walls warrants this disc to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the disc or refund of the purchase price, at Without Walls' option. WITHOUT WALLS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state. NEITHER WITHOUT WALLS NOR ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE LICENSE OF THE images.

GENERAL
All rights in and titled to this disc and the images are owned and retained by Without Walls and its licensors and protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. No title to or intellectual property rights in the disc or the images are transferred to you. The disc may not be transferred without the prior written consent of Without Walls. You agree to comply with all export and re-export restrictions and regulations of the U.S. government. This license will terminate automatically without notice from Without Walls if you breach any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must return the disc and all copies of it to Without Walls immediately. Without Walls' licensors are direct and intended beneficiaries of this license and may enforce it directly against you.
